Cable Mill Technician

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in cable production, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cable Mill Technician to join their team.

Job Title: Cable Mill Technician

Location: Marston, MO

Pay Range: $24/h

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm (overtime available on weekends if needed)

• Open and inspect finished reel packaging according to quality specifications and inspection standards
• Identify and segregate non-conforming reels, ensuring proper disposition and movement to rework lines
• Repack approved reels and release them to the Shipping department
• Operate forklifts to move reels, pallets, and materials safely and efficiently
• Perform minor corrective actions and rework activities on non-conforming reels, including adjustments and simple repairs

• Basic computer skills for updating control spreadsheets and quality records
• Forklift operation experience or ability to learn quickly
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Strong communication skills for reporting and team collaboration
