Position Overview
The Boeing Company is looking for an Experienced Software Engineer to join the Digital Analytics and System Health (DASH) team supporting the Boeing Global Services (BGS) organization in Hazelwood, MO.
The DASH team focuses on delivering critical flight data, fault detection, and maintenance action insights to support faster, data‑driven decisions on fleet health.
Position Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack software solutions that support fleet health management and analytics.
- Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable software systems.
- Coordinate complex development efforts across multiple teams and disciplines, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
- Lead or contribute to project planning, code reviews, and agile development processes.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues to ensure reliability and performance.
- Continuously improve software processes, tools, and documentation to enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Apply strong system‑level thinking to integrate software components effectively within the broader operational environment.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
- 5+ years of experience in full stack software development.
- 5+ years of experience working with software development life cycle and architecture frameworks.
- 1+ year of experience with cloud‑platform technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Level3:
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science and 5+ years of related work experience, or Bachelor’s Degree and 9+ years of directly related work experience, or 13+ years of related, relevant experience. - Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven leadership or project coordination experience.
- Experience supporting mission‑critical or operational software systems.
- Prior experience in aerospace, defense, or related industries is a plus.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range for Experienced (Level3): $126,650–$171,350. Potential signing bonus for eligible/qualified external candidates.
