Laborer Associate

Position Summary

This position involves performing the day-to-day operations of a feed mill.

Department: Agri

Reports to: Operations Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Position Type: Full-Time

• Bags feed/seed for warehouse and delivery
• Operates bagger, forklift, and pallet jacks
• Unloads trucks bringing in raw ingredients
• Performs basic troubleshooting and maintenance on the mill/cleaning system
• Assists customers
• Ensures that the facilities are kept clean
• Helps to maintain a safe and clean work environment for all
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Takes responsibility for maintaining personal safety training and checklist completion on Snapshot

• Excellent customer service skills
• Forklift experience is greatly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Acute attention to detail
