Overview
HRI is seeking skilled and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as High-Temperature Welders. This role centers on performing welding tasks on industrial equipment that operates at elevated temperatures including furnaces, boilers, fans, pumps, and soot blowers. Welders will utilize specialized high-temperature personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure safe and effective work in challenging environments.
Physical and Environmental Requirements- Work in hot, confined, and elevated industrial settings
- Lift and move components up to 50 lbs regularly
- Wear high-temperature PPE, such as heat-resistant suits, gloves, and respiratory protection
- Safely support and operate with up to 35 lbs of protective gear during assigned tasks
