Automotive Production Associate
We are seeking motivated and dependable Automotive Production Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Dexter, MO
. This position supports the production and assembly of automotive components while maintaining quality and safety standards.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or automotive production experience who are looking to grow within a stable production environment.
Responsibilities:- Assemble automotive components and parts according to production specifications
- Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and identify defects or inconsistencies
- Perform packaging, labeling, and material handling duties
- Maintain production goals and meet daily output requirements
- Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Assist with additional production duties as assigned
- Previous manufacturing, production, automotive, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work overtime when required
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Standing for extended periods
- Repetitive movements using hands and arms
- Frequent bending, twisting, and reaching
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
