Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable 1st Shift Cooler Lead to oversee cooler production operations, support team performance, and maintain high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.

Schedule

1st Shift – Monday through Thursday – Four 10‑hour shifts – 4‑day weekend most weeks – Overtime may be required on Fridays and Saturdays based on production needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support cooler production associates throughout the shift
  • Monitor production flow to ensure efficiency and productivity goals are met
  • Train and coach team members on safety, quality, and production procedures
  • Verify products meet customer specifications and quality standards
  • Coordinate staffing and workflow within cooler operations
  • Assist with production setup and daily startup procedures
  • Maintain accurate production documentation
  • Communicate production issues and operational needs to management
  • Promote a safe, positive, and team‑focused work environment
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, quality, and company policies

Qualifications
