About The Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, reliable Quality Control Coordinator to join our team in Groveport, Ohio. The coordinator inspects and documents proper line set‑up, in‑process assembly, line clearance, and returned processes to ensure GMP requirements and client expectations are met.

Position is onsite in Groveport, OH. 1st Shift Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM‑4:30 PM with flexibility for longer hours as needed.

• Pre‑start‑up inspection.
• In‑process inspection.
• Finished pallet inspection.
• Identify non‑conforming materials and notify leads.
• Line clearance verification.
• Return product inspection prior to release back to inventory.
• Perform all duties in a safe manner in accordance with company safety policies and regulations.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to accurately work with statistical data and identify inconsistencies and problem areas.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle defects.
• Basic math and measurement skills; ability to use measuring tools such as rulers and tape measures.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read orders; read and write in English. Basic math skills.
• Bilingual helpful.
• Must follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong documentation and record‑keeping practices.
• High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Proficient in use of mainframe and other systems including Word and Excel.
• Can work independently and set priorities.
• Can perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proven problem‑solving skills.
• Maintains high level of confidentiality.
• Knowledge of PowerPoint and Access software.

• Ability to withstand constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs on occasion.
• Maintain attention and concentration for extended periods.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Exposure to dust, noise, fumes, weather, poor lighting, heavy machinery or equipment.
