Receive, stock, cut, grind, wrap, weigh, price, and attractively merchandise meat department products. Stock packaged and frozen food products from the meat department. Meat cutters work with power meat saws, slicers, grinders, wrapping machines, and knives. Powered and hand jacks and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications- Proven experience in food preparation and handling, particularly in meat cutting.
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
- Excellent customer service abilities and kitchen experience.
- Familiarity with food production processes and packaging.
- Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable.
- Must be able to lift over 60 pounds.

Frequently lift 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.
May be exposed to all weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, snow, ice and wind) as well as, inside work with variations in heat, cold, dust and humidity.
