Quality Control Coordinator

This position is open to applicants who are located in or around Groveport, OH, and able to work 1st Shift scheduled Monday-Thursday 8AM-4:30PM with flexibility for longer hours based off of business and peak needs.

Quality Control Coordinator – In Groveport, Ohio. Responsible for inspecting garments to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

• Inspect finished garments for defects such as loose threads, poor stitching, incorrect labeling, stains, or fabric flaws.
• Measure garments to ensure they meet size specifications and tolerances.
• Compare finished products to approved samples and technical specifications.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of findings.
• Communicate quality issues to production and quality teams for corrective action.
• Assist in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to accurately work with statistical data and identify inconsistencies and problem areas.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle defects.
• Basic math and measurement skills; ability to use measuring tools such as rulers and tape measures.

• High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Proficient in the use of mainframe and other systems including Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and set priorities.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proven problem solver.
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
• Knowledge of PowerPoint and Access software.

• Can withstand constant physical activity (standing, walking, bending, stooping over, reaching, etc.).
• Can be on your feet all day.
• Can lift and carry up to 50 lbs on occasion.
• Can maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time.
• Can work overtime.
• Will be exposed to adverse conditions such as dust, noise, fumes, weather, poor lighting, or heavy machinery/equipment.
