Job Description

Joining our team as a Manufacturing Technician I – Dry – B Crew, you will commit to:
- Start with a starting wage of $20.00 + $1.50 night shift differential.
- Work the B Crew Shift
Hours:
6 pm–6 am;
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday. - Prioritize safety while setting up, operating, and monitoring machinery, performing adjustments, and troubleshooting minor issues to maintain smooth operations.
- Conduct rigorous quality control checks to uphold high standards.
- Accurately log production data, machine performance, and downtime for continuous improvement.
- Package dry goods with precision and care.
- Collaborate closely with teams to ensure seamless handoffs during shift change and equipment repair.
- Above‑market wages (starting wage $20.00 + $1.50 night shift differential).
- Annual incentive/bonus program based on individual and company performance.
- “Pay for performance” annual merit increases.
- 12‑hour shift schedule: alternate weeks of 36 and 48 hours, giving you 3 to 4 days off each week.
- Shift schedule provides 8 hours of built‑in overtime on every paycheck, with additional opportunities to pick up extra overtime.
- 401(k) with company match up to 4.5% and additional $0.50 match up to 6%.

- Production or manufacturing experience (food processing, manufacturing, warehousing, construction, or farming a plus).
- Ability to regularly lift 55 lbs and stand for extended periods during a 12‑hour shift in a semi‑dusty environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or successful completion of a company‑administered basic skills assessment.
- Must pass pre‑employment screens including background and drug screen.
