Joining our team as a Manufacturing Technician I – Dry – B Crew, you will commit to:

• Start with a starting wage of $20.00 + $1.50 night shift differential.
• Work the B Crew Shift
  
  Hours:
  
  6 pm–6 am;
  Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday.
• Prioritize safety while setting up, operating, and monitoring machinery, performing adjustments, and troubleshooting minor issues to maintain smooth operations.
• Conduct rigorous quality control checks to uphold high standards.
• Accurately log production data, machine performance, and downtime for continuous improvement.
• Package dry goods with precision and care.
• Collaborate closely with teams to ensure seamless handoffs during shift change and equipment repair.

• Above‑market wages (starting wage $20.00 + $1.50 night shift differential).

• 12‑hour shift schedule: alternate weeks of 36 and 48 hours, giving you 3 to 4 days off each week.

• Reliability, strong work ethic, and excellent attendance.
• Production or manufacturing experience (food processing, manufacturing, warehousing, construction, or farming a plus).
• Ability to regularly lift 55 lbs and stand for extended periods during a 12‑hour shift in a semi‑dusty environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or successful completion of a company‑administered basic skills assessment.
• Must pass pre‑employment screens including background and drug screen.
