Material Handler

Job Summary

Loading and unloading of trucks. Movement of materials within the Production Facility. The movement of material is done manually or by the use of a material moving device such as hand trucks, forklift, or equivalent.

• Receiving and inspection of inbound materials from internal and external suppliers.
• Stocks and retrieves materials from stocking locations in a safe and efficient manner.
• Loads and unloads trucks using material handling equipment such as hand trucks and forklifts.
• Delivers materials, parts, and supplies to internal customers.
• Maintains the inventory and distribution areas in a safe and clean condition.
• Housekeeping duties as assigned to clear and dispose of scrap, bracing, cardboard, and trash to keep the facility clean and clear of debris.
• Documents work activity including times and materials delivered.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of Inventory Management, 6+ months forklift experience.

$18-$22/hour.
