• Collaboration in the internal R&D team in a lab-based position
• Supporting R&D Technologists in product development projects
• Preparation and production of high-quality lab samples
• Planning, organizing, and conducting weekly sample production
• Sending product samples to customers within defined time frames
• Close collaboration and technical exchange with the team and other departments
• Supporting the site in process and performance improvements through lab tests on raw materials
• Adherence to Good Laboratory Practices and maintenance of a clean, efficient lab environment
• Careful documentation and record-keeping

• Experience and knowledge in the field of compounds as well as soft and hard confectionery
• Experience working in a food lab environment, ideally with production or processing experience
• Team player with experience in working in multi-functional teams
• Knowledge of quality control in industrial production
• Experience in new product development
• High motivation and ability to work independently
• Analytical thinking
• Good communication skills
• Resilience and ability to work under time pressure
• Practical understanding in the use of lab equipment, samples, and testing methods
