We are seeking a skilled Regrind Operator to join our team in Hazelwood, MO. The Regrind Operator is responsible for managing and operating grinding machinery to reprocess materials, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor regrind equipment to process and recycle materials efficiently.
• Inspect and sort materials before processing.
• Ensure the quality of regrind materials meets company standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
• Maintain accurate records of production and inventory levels.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Required Skills:

• Experience with operating grinding machines or similar equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of safety standards and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
