Mon-Thurs 5:00am to 3:30pm
LOCATION:
Hamilton, Mo
This is a temporary (6 month) FT position with possibility of going Regular FT based upon business needs. This particular position will be dedicated to kitting and assembly. Associates will also be cross‑trained to perform a variety of functions in various departments to support business and operational needs. Those areas include:
Kitting & Assembly, Receiving, Replenish, and Shipping. Employees will be placed daily based on work demands and in alignment with their skills, knowledge, and abilities.
- Kitting and Assembly for MSQC projects.
- Inventory restocking/replenish
- Developing the ability to receive incoming shipments
- Seeking to learn as much as they can about the different roles throughout operations
- Maintain regular and acceptable attendance as set by the company and comply with dress code requirements
- Overtime may be required during peak periods
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Adept at using a computer and handheld technology
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames
- Process and move orders productively, safely and accurately per established production rates and according to established standards and guidelines
- Willingness to learn and welcomes change while being flexible
- Able to multitask and work independently with strong time management skills
- Able to take initiative, look for solutions, and accomplish requested results
- Reading and comprehension
- This position requires continuous walking and standing for long periods of time.
- Squatting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing and pulling on a frequent basis.
- Frequently lifting up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Repetitive motion of wrists, hands, and/or fingers while operating a keyboard.
- Able to navigate ladders or step stools as needed.
