Production Operator

Work Model:
This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

We're looking for motivated, dependable individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a team. As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly while maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-quality work environment.

• Work collaboratively with your team, promoting a culture of respect, fairness, and cooperation.
• Learn to read blueprints and technical instructions to support production tasks.
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other equipment.
• Operate a variety of tools and machines to complete production work.
• Maintain high standards for product quality and production efficiency.
• Follow all safety and environmental procedures, including spill prevention, stormwater protection, and proper handling of materials.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Willingness to learn new skills and operate production equipment.
• Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays, when needed.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain standing or sitting for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Commitment to working safely and supporting a safe workplace for everyone.
