** What's a typical day as Production Supervisor? You'll be:*
* - Supervising, evaluating, and empowering an hourly team that produces high-quality manufactured products while organizing workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements.
- Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work, verifying that lines are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts.
- Driving to exceed personal, team, and company goals by holding yourself and your team to high performance standards through servant leadership.
- Building strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union representatives, and management teams.
** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* - Have a High School Diploma or GED.
- Bring 1+ years of supervisory and/or manufacturing experience.
- Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite:
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Are able to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in difficult and stressful situations.
- Are a two-way communicator who actively listens to team members, leaders, business partners, and customers.
- Are highly committed to continuous improvement and apply innovative solutions with a customer-first mindset.
- Create a culture of safety and effectively implement workplace policies.
