We're seeking a dependable Regrind Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Hazelwood, MO. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with equipment, monitoring production processes, and helping maintain quality standards throughout the operation.

What You'll Do- Operate and monitor regrind equipment used to process and recycle materials
- Inspect and sort materials prior to processing
- Ensure finished materials meet company quality standards
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report larger concerns
- Maintain accurate production and inventory records
- Follow established production procedures and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
- Experience operating grinding equipment or similar manufacturing machinery preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of workplace safety procedures and best practices
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift and handle materials throughout the shift
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred
