CNC Operator - 2nd Shift
LocationMarshfield, Missouri, United States
ScheduleMonday – Thursday 3:15 p.m. to 1:45 a.m. (possible overtime on Friday/Saturday)

- Sign‑on bonus: $1,000 total – $500 at 3 months and $500 at 9 months of service
- Operate and maintain the Weeke CNC machine in a safe manner, ensuring adherence to safety rules and company policies.
- Upload programmed jobs, set up tooling and run CNC programs while maintaining quality standards.
- Plan machining by reviewing work orders, drawings and GD&T specifications.
- Use precision measuring devices such as calipers to verify part tolerances.
- Inspect raw material and produced parts to confirm compliance with quality specifications.
- Program CNC machines, including setting zero points, tool registers, offsets and conditional switches.
- Set up the CNC for operations, ensuring proper reference points, tool selection and machine position.
- Verify settings through measurements, first‑run parts and sample work pieces.
- Troubleshoot machining processes, adjust programs and replace worn tools as needed.
- Perform preventive maintenance and report malfunctions for repair.
- Document actions, produce production and quality logs, and communicate issues across shifts.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to improve process performance.
- Accept additional tasks assigned by the supervisor, including assisting with other job tasks when the CNC is not in operation.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of the forming process for Marshfield products.
Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach, lift up to 25 lb frequently and up to 50 lb occasionally. Must have adequate vision, hearing and arm strength.
Plant EnvironmentManufacturing setting with occasional high temperatures, uneven surfaces, cords and tools. Intermittent loud noises and dusty conditions. Required PPE: safety glasses, safety shoes, hearing protection.
