Owensville, MO | $16 per hour | Full-Time, Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime & Saturdays as needed)

, we design and build commercial‑grade display cases and fixtures for some of the nation’s largest retailers, including Sam’s Club, Academy, Kohl’s, and Walmart. As an Aluminum Processing Machine Operator
, you’ll work with specialized equipment to cut, punch, and process aluminum components that meet our exacting quality standards.

• Operate aluminum processing machines, including saws, punch presses, mills, or CNC equipment
• Load raw aluminum materials and run jobs according to specifications
• Inspect finished products for quality, measurements, and surface finish using tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on machines
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and notify supervisor of any problems
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE
• Maintain accurate production records and required documentation
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and material handling as needed

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Basic math and mechanical aptitude
• Commitment to workplace safety
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift

• Forklift certification or experience
• CNC programming or machine calibration knowledge
• Experience with quality control processes and documentation

• Steady, full‑time schedule in a clean, organized facility
