Responsibilities
  • Power Up Production: Operate cutting‑edge manufacturing equipment to create top‑tier pleated filters and filtration products that keep our customers coming back.
  • Be a Safety Hero: Lead the charge in safety by rigorously following all procedures and wearing your protective gear. Spot hazards before they happen and help create the safest workplace possible.
  • Deliver Flawless Quality: Own the quality of every product you touch — ensuring it meets our high standards and exceeds customer expectations.
  • Handle with Care & Strength: Safely lift and move materials and finished goods using the right tools and techniques to keep the production line flowing smoothly.
  • Keep It Clean & Organized: Maintain a spotless, orderly workspace that fuels efficiency, safety, and pride in your work environment.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or a minimum of 2 years of work experience.
  • Able to read, interpret and follow work instructions.
  • Willingness to learn all aspects of the process and move from one job to another as business needs warrant.
  • Outstanding teamwork – must be able to work successfully and effectively with others.
  • Effectively use and read a tape measure.
  • Technical Capacity required.
  • Working knowledge of computers is preferred.
  • Able to stand, sit and walk throughout an entire shift.
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Able to use hand tools.
  • Able to work as a group and switch between jobs.
  • Able and willing to learn all jobs from start to finished product.
  • Able and willing to work a modified shift as needed.
  • Able and willing to work multiple shifts as needed.
  • Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed.
Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule
  • Pay: Earn $18.32/hr + $1.00 Shift Differential on 2nd Shift.
  • Work Schedule: Work 4 days and enjoy a 3‑day weekend.
