Illinois Tool Works - - Responsibilities:
Interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams to perform assigned work;
Verify Bill of Materials and component revision levels prior to assembly;
Perform panel layout and component mounting per drawings and work instructions;
Wire preparation with standard procedures;
Terminate harnesses and cable assemblies per procedures;
Apply torque values using calibrated tools;
Manage wires and harnesses for organization and reliability;
Perform soldering under supervision per IPC standards;
Record labor, production, and inspection data for traceability;
Follow PPE and electrical safety requirements and 5S standards
