Our client, Charles Industries, is seeking Production Assemblers to join their team. As a Production Assembler, you will be part of the assembly department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have dependability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.

+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.

+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

+ Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.

+ Assist in training new team members as needed.

** What's Needed?*
* + Dependable and punctual with a strong commitment to teamwork.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required by the job.

+ Assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
