Hiring Machine Envelope Packers for all shifts in our City of Industry, CA plant.

• 2nd shift premium $0.70/hr (2pm – 10pm)
• 3rd shift premium $1.50/hr (10pm – 6am)
• Schedule:
  
  Mon – Fri / Sat required during busy season/based on business needs.

• Loads paper onto automatic hand‑fed or web envelope folding machines; packs finished product.
• Inspects quality of envelopes, labels cartons, reports variances to key personnel.
• Checks current production orders/schedules to determine daily production requirements.
• May be required to do rework on finished product; cleans up work area during/end of shift.
• Other duties as assigned/required.

• Ability to maintain a high‑speed output while standing for the duration of a full shift, including frequent pushing, twisting, and bending.
• Requires strong mental alertness and the ability to reach overhead, step up, and manually feed paper into the machine.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and sufficient manual dexterity to grasp and handle objects repeatedly.
• Regular exposure to arm and wrist fatigue; the work environment includes noise and contact with non‑hazardous materials, such as inks, solvents, and glue.
• Must be able to work effectively in environments with varying temperatures, including both hot and cold conditions.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of relevant work experience in a production environment.
• Quality inspection skills and the ability to measure/read a ruler.
