Vinyl Dip Molding (2nd Shift)

PROMAN Staffing is currently hiring Vinyl Dip Molding Operators in Park Hills, MO.

This position is responsible for operating vinyl dip molding equipment, performing quality inspections, packaging finished products, and supporting production goals in a manufacturing environment.

Job Duties

• Operate vinyl dip molding equipment according to work instructions
• Read and follow production orders and specifications
• Perform mold changes and verify proper setup
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Use measuring tools including rulers and micrometers
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Package, label, and palletize finished products
• Maintain production counts and track scrap
• Report equipment, material, or quality issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to use measuring tools
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance required
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Perform repetitive hand movements
• Work around machinery, industrial noise, and varying temperatures
