Entry Level Production - 2nd Shift

Job Overview

Shift: 2:00 PM‑10:00 PMHourly Rate: $20.27 an hour + $0.50 shift differential

Conagra Brands in Macon, MO, a local supplier of Banquet products, is looking for qualified individuals to fill entry level openings in the production department. You will report to the Production Manager.

• Add ingredients and raw materials onto the production line to allow machinery to dispense and cook our products.
• Help stack products to prepare for shipping once items have been produced.
• Set‑up and take down aspects of the production line to support different product runs.
• Maintain a clean work area and help with equipment sanitation.
• Follow quality assurance and good manufacturing practices.
• Support multiple roles on the production line after training.

• Flexibility to work varying shifts and workdays;
  Overtime may be needed to ensure production demands are fulfilled.
• Physical capability—lifting boxes up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs, and working in a freezer environment.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with large machinery, moving parts, and noise.
• Commitment to safety; personal protective equipment will be provided.
• Background screen/post‑offer drug screen required.
