Production - Assembly
Wage: $17.60/hour

Shift: 2nd (2:00pm-10:00pm)

Marshfield, MO

• Assemble small cylinders formed from corrugated metal
• Accurately position and shape components using hand‑eye coordination
• Hold assemblies in place while machinery performs riveting and adhesion processes
• Insert rubber gaskets into completed cylinders prior to packaging
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Assist with packaging and palletizing finished goods as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety guidelines
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Prior manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required
• Strong attendance and punctuality; reliable daily attendance is critical during the potential‑to‑hire period
