Wire Harness Assemblers Needed

Pay: $16.90 - $19 (DOE)

We are currently seeking an experienced Wire Harness Assembly Technician. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing bench‑like processes, electrical assemblies, tooling, wiring, harnessing, crimping wires, blueprint reading, assembly, and wire stripping. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• MUST HAVE 1 year of working with wires/cables/ harnesses
• Utilize hand tools, electronic, and pneumatic tooling to assemble electrical or electronic systems, support structures, and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly casings using soldering or fasteners.
• Perform bench‑like processes to assemble electrical components and systems according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble and wire components.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure all assemblies meet established standards and specifications.
• Ensure quality standards are met and maintain production efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures at all times.

• Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment
• Follow company procedures and directives.
• Test finished products for defects.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Excellent hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity for working with small components and tools.
