* Power Up Production:
Operate cutting-edge manufacturing equipment to create top-tier pleated filters and filtration products that keep our customers coming back.
* Be a Safety Hero:
Lead the charge in safety by rigorously following all procedures and wearing your protective gear. Spot hazards before they happen and help create the safest workplace possible.
* Deliver Flawless Quality:
Own the quality of every product you touch - ensuring it meets our high standards and exceeds customer expectations.
* Handle with Care & Strength:
Safely lift and move materials and finished goods using the right tools and techniques to keep the production line flowing smoothly.
Keep It Clean & Organized:
Maintain a spotless, orderly workspace that fuels efficiency, safety, and pride in your work environment
Qualifications
Qualifications
* High School Diploma / GED or a minimum of 2 years of work experience.
* Able to read, interpret and follow work instructions.
* Willingness to learn all aspects of the process and move from one job to another as business needs warrant.
* Outstanding teamwork - must be able to work successfully and effectively with others.
* Effectively use and read a tape measure.
* Technical Capacity required.
* Working knowledge of computers is preferred.
* Able to stand, sit and walk throughout an entire shift.
* Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
* Able to use hand tools.
* Able to work as a group and switch between jobs.
* Able and willing to learn all jobs from start to finished product.
* Able and willing to work a modified shift as needed.
* Able and willing to work multiple shifts as needed.
* Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed.
