Under theleadershipof the Production Lead, theLine Inspectorwillbe responsibleformonitoring product quality and process compliance on the assigned production line.

This role ensures product meets company specifications,food safety standards,and customer requirements.

The Line Inspector  performs routine inspections, documents findings, communicates deviations promptly, and works closely with Production,QAand Leadershiptomaintainconsistent product quality.

• Perform visual, physical, and documented inspections of product at designated checkpoints.
• Monitor weights, dimensions, appearance, temperature, color, and other critical quality attributes.
• Verify metal detector operation and document all checks.
• Conduct quality checks and complete required forms accurately.
• Escalate any out-of-spec conditionsimmediatelyto Production Supervisor and QA.
• Communicate findings clearly during shift handoff and to the oncoming
  
  Line Inspector.
• Complete all quality records, check sheets, and login real time.

To perform this job successfully, theLineInspectormustbedetail-oriented, have strong communication skills,self-motivated,and stay on task. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Must be trained in Critical Control Pointstoperform post-bakeand packaging testing.
• Responsibleforensuring Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Defense,and SQF Programs.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize,and adapt well to change.
• Ability todemonstratestrong teamwork skills, work collaboratively with peers to achieve common goals,and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the team and supervisors, both verbally and in writing.

High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

US Hourly Pay Range

$17.51—$17.51 USD
