Process Technician - 2nd Shift M-F

Process Technician – 2nd Shift (M-F 3PM-11PM)

As a Process Technician, you'll be part of our manufacturing team in Chesterfield, MI. You'll be responsible for:

• Operating injection molding machines – Arburg, Toshiba, Engel.
• Inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and operating thermolaters, Hot Runner systems, material dryers, monitoring systems, end‑of‑arm tooling, bagging machines, and grinders.
• Programming and operating sprue pickers and multi‑axis robots.
• Troubleshooting all equipment, performing maintenance requests, and identifying root causes for quality issues.
• Performing process transfers to match original master processes – matching fill rates, gate freeze, cooling, cycle times, etc., to create repeatable processes.
• Creating labels, generating appropriate work orders, and making work order changes.

You have a passion for quality, a continuous learning mindset, and you embrace innovation. Additionally, you meet the following qualifications:

• High school diploma required.
• At least 3 years of experience with injection molding.
• Experience with shot molding.
• RJG scientific molding certification preferred.
• Computer skills, specifically with performing inventory transactions.
• Forklift certification or ability to successfully complete a forklift test.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and climb for 8 hours or more.
