Job Description
AFB International manufactures pet food palatability enhancers and related technologies. This role is part of the AFB Manufacturing team.
What You Do- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Produce quality products that meet customer expectations.
- Follow established safety, quality, and operating procedures.
- Identify and communicate production issues.
- Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts.
- Support 5S workplace organization and housekeeping standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, showroom-ready work environment.
- Learn and apply the Ensign-Bickford Operating System (EBOS).
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve production goals.
- Contribute to a culture focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.

Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years of manufacturing, production, or industrial experience (preferred).
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds safely and repeatedly.
- Ability to work in a dusty environment with varying temperatures.

- Starting Pay: $20.00/hour
- Night Shift Differential: $2.50 (Thu–Sat) and $1.50 on Wednesdays

Day/Shift
Schedule:
6:00 AM – 6:00 PM;
Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday. 3-day and 4-day workweeks with built-in overtime; additional overtime opportunities available.
