Responsibilities

This is a 2nd shift position

The Assembly Test Technician II assembles and tests basic actuators, accumulators, and valves in accordance with customer specifications and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Measure parts to verify compliance with specified tolerances.
  • Position, align, and assemble components using bolts, screws, and other fasteners.
  • Disassemble and replace components as needed.
  • Conduct functional tests on assemblies to ensure proper performance.
  • Perform detailed testing for stress, tolerance, and other parameters as defined in work orders.
  • Clean and lubricate parts and assemblies.
  • Apply identifying information to parts and finished assemblies.
Qualifications

Qualifications

To perform this role successfully, the individual must be able to complete each essential duty effectively. Reasonable accommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Use of hand tools, measuring equipment, and mechanical testing devices.
  • Able to read measurements, work instructions, and technical drawings.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, and use hands for extended periods during assembly and testing operations.

Work Environment & Safety Requirements

  • Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including eye protection, gloves, and safety footwear.
  • May be required to work with oils, lubricants, and cleaning agents used during assembly and testing.

Pay $22.80 - $35.00 plus 2nd shift differential of $2.50
