As a Stockroom Team Member you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate distribution of parts and materials to production areas, contributing directly to operational efficiency and product quality.

Whether you have previous warehouse or stockroom experience or you're ready to learn a new trade - we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Every day is a little different, but your responsibilities will include:

• Picking orders and inventory counts.
• The ability to read and understand requirements on orders.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Pulling and counting parts from assigned locations with barcode scanning device.
• Verify stock for shortages and defective products.
• Ensure that work centers have sufficient quantity of parts to completely assemble products.
• Good attendance is required for this position.
• Safety sensitive position.
• Must be comfortable working on elevated platform.

Equipment You'll Use:

• Barcode scanner
• Weight scale
• Pallet jack
• Forklift/Joey lift/Tugger
• Forklift certification is at Company's discretion.

We're looking for people who are dependable, safety-conscious, and enjoy staying active throughout the workday.

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Warehouse, shipping, manufacturing, or logistics experience is helpful but not required
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Reliable attendance
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

This is an active, hands-on position that requires standing, walking, lifting materials up to 40 pounds, and safely operating warehouse equipment throughout the workday. You'll work in a clean, well-organized manufacturing facility where personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in designated areas and temperatures may vary seasonally.
