Ursa Farmers Cooperative Company is seeking a General Laborer at our Wayland grain facility. In this role, you will assist with grain receiving, drying, and loadout, operate basic grain-handling equipment, and perform routine cleaning of pits, bins, and work areas. You'll support safe truck traffic flow, complete basic inspections, follow all safety and confined-space procedures, and assist with light maintenance as directed.
This position involves seasonal overtime, outdoor work in varying weather, and regular lifting, providing a solid, hands-on career path in local agriculture.
