Department: Production Location: Missouri Reports To: Production TEAM MEMBER Hourly Rate: $18/hr (Non-Exempt)

Position Summary:

Performs hands-on production tasks in the MARIJUANA manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. Assists in various stages of production and supports packaging operations as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Production Tasks:
- Operate and maintain production equipment safely.
- Packaging Labeling.
- Quality check
- Filling Pre-Rolls
Quality & Compliance:
- Follow GMP, safety protocols, and company procedures .
- Monitor product quality and report any issues to supervisors.
Packaging Support:
- Assist in packaging operations when required.
Workplace Organization:
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in manufacturing or production preferred.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment .
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills .
