- Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical machine issues and perform emergency repairs to minimize downtime;
Perform preventive maintenance and lubrication to maintain equipment reliability;
Perform machine changeovers, including mandrel changes, flame setup, feeder re-stacker adjustments, conveyor changes, and feed screw setups;
Sanitize production equipment and complete required setup and sign-off procedures;
Record production and equipment issues on shift reports and update schedule boards as needed
