Typical Schedule:

Four 10-Hour Shifts Per Week

Lockwood Packing Company is hiring dependable team members to join our Raw Production Department. As a Processing Team Member, you'll help prepare the ingredients used to produce our snack stick products by weighing, batching, grinding, and mixing raw materials in a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

• Receive, inspect, and stage raw materials and ingredients
• Weigh spices and ingredients using approved recipes
• Operate grinders, mixers, blenders, and other food processing equipment
• Grind, batch, and mix products according to production schedules
• Load ingredients into processing equipment
• Stage finished batches for the next step in production
• Complete production records and inventory documentation
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
• Follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, food production, or meat processing experience is helpful, but not required

• Stand and walk for up to 10 hours per shift
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 pounds
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift
• Work in refrigerated production areas (35°F–45°F)
• Work around food processing equipment, raw meat products, spices, and seasonings
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Full-time position
• Typical schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts per week
• Overtime may be available based on production needs
• Work schedules may vary based on staffing and production demands
