This is a great time to join our team as we are currently seeking candidates to fill a Fabrication Welder/Maintenance position at our Ft. Belle, located in Florissant, MO.Ideal candidates would be experienced in fabrication welding and basic maintenance and operation of loaders, dozers, haul trucks, road graders, and excavators. This position works Monday through Friday - with occasional Saturdays depending on peak season needs.
Fabrication Welder/Maintenance candidate requirements:
- Safety-Focused
- Experienced Welder; able to pass weld test
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to perform rigorous physical activities in all weather conditions
- Self-motivated with a solid work ethic
Our ideal candidate would possess proven mechanical skills, welding, and experience maintaining and operating heavy equipment!
Fabrication Welder/Maintenance major responsibilities include:
- Follow all safety and environmental rules, regulations and procedures as set forth by company policies and MSHA
- Fabrication and welding
- Operate and monitor all equipment and production area safely and efficiently
- Perform preventive maintenance and pre-shift inspections; repair and/or clean equipment as needed
- Communicate with plant management team on all safety, maintenance, and production needs
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
