- Operate, monitor, and maintain spray foam equipment used to insulate and coat modular containers and other manufactured products
- Prepare containers and work surfaces by cleaning, masking, and inspecting materials prior to foam application
- Apply spray foam insulation according to production specifications while maintaining consistent thickness, coverage, and quality standards
- Perform routine equipment setup, calibration, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
- Inspect completed work to ensure proper adhesion, finish quality, and compliance with production requirements
- Follow all safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling spray foam materials
- Assist with general production and manufacturing tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company safety standards
- Communicate with supervisors and production team members regarding schedules, material needs, and equipment performance
- Identify equipment issues or quality concerns and report them promptlyRequirements
- Previous experience operating spray foam equipment in a manufacturing, construction, insulation, or industrial environment is required
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting spray foam machines required
- Knowledge of spray polyurethane foam (SPF) application techniques and material handling
- Ability to read work orders, follow production specifications, and maintain quality standards
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform routine equipment maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, kneel, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods
- Comfortable working with PPE, including respirators and protective clothing, when required
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Work is performed indoors in a production environment
- Training on company-specific processes and equipment will be provided for qualified candidates with prior spray foam experience
- Reliable, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and committed to producing high-quality finished products while maintaining a safe work environment
