• Ability to follow work instructions and production guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to do tasks carefully
• Basic comfort with repetitive assembly/production work
• Reliability and punctuality in a fast-paced setting
• Basic ability to learn procedures and apply feedback

• Prior experience in an assembly, production, or warehouse environment
• Experience working on a team in a manufacturing or packaging setting
• Familiarity with using basic tools (as instructed on the job)

• Preferred:
  High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience level:
  Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

• Must be able to meet the physical demands of assembly work (standing, lifting, and repetitive motion as required)
• Must be able to work the assigned shift schedule
