Machine Operator

• Operate, load, set up, monitor, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment and CNC machines producing precision aerospace components
• Perform machine setups and verify tooling according to work instructions and production requirements
• Conduct in-process and final quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments
• Monitor machine performance, make routine adjustments, improve efficiency, and resolve minor process or equipment issues
• Perform basic machine maintenance and preventative upkeep; report equipment concerns
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Identify opportunities for improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, and shop organization
• Follow company safety procedures, quality standards, aerospace manufacturing requirements, EHS policies, and PPE requirements
• Report accidents, incidents, near misses, and dangerous situations to management

• High school diploma or GED required
• Machine Operator 1: 0–2 years of manufacturing, machine operations, or production experience preferred
• Machine Operator 2: 2–4 years of experience operating CNC machines, automated equipment, or similar manufacturing machinery
• Machine Operator 3: 4+ years of experience operating and setting up CNC or automated manufacturing equipment, preferably in aerospace or precision manufacturing
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operation, quality standards, and aerospace manufacturing processes
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures, technical documentation, blueprints, and quality specifications
• Ability to safely operate production equipment
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Basic math skills and ability to perform measurements and calculations
• Ability to troubleshoot routine machine and process issues and optimize production efficiency
• Ability to adapt to changing production priorities and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Commitment to continuous improvement, workplace organization (6S), and maintaining a clean work area
• U.S. applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
• For applicable ITAR/EAR-controlled positions, must be a U.S. Person or eligible for approval for a U.S. Government export license
