QPS Employment - - Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines (mills and/or lathes) to produce precision parts according to blueprints and job specifications;
Load materials, install tooling, verify program settings, and perform first-article inspections;
Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, work instructions, and inspection requirements;
Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, indicators);
Make tool offsets, minor program edits, and adjustments to ensure dimensional accuracy and optimal machine performance
