Supports Safety, QA, Environmental, and Production data collection, data maintenance, and reporting.

Dimension of Function Supports Safety, QA, Environmental, and Production data collection, data maintenance, and reporting.

• Assures that established policy and procedures are followed and uses all required personal protective equipment.
• Prepare the following reports: production and inventory, dryer report, tanker/ barrel report, weekly ledger, cost report, month end inventory report.
• Creates Bill of Ladings as needed.
• Answers telephone and directs office traffic.
• Maintains weekly Raw Material Schedule.
• Maintains Finished Product Inventory.
• Coordinates Tanker Pick-ups and outbound shipments.
• Maintains Monthly Hatchery Egg Set Report.
• Maintains thorough knowledge of office functions.
• Assists QA Lab Technician with data entry and basic lab duties.
• Supports vacation coverage while lab technician is out of office.
• Assists QA / Environmental/ Safety Manager with maintaining SOP’s, maintaining SDS’s, data entry, trending reports, and training records.
• Participates in continuous improv
