• Physical Stamina: Comfort standing in one spot for 80-90% of the shift and working in a cold/frozen product environment.

• Detail & Accuracy: Ability to follow basic work instructions, count items accurately, and read order tickets.

• Reliability: Strong work ethic, daily punctuality, and dependable transportation to Chesterfield, MO 63005.

• Screening: Ability to pass standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
