Agri Line Operator

Buchheit Inc., a family-owned Midwest leader in farm and home products, is seeking an Agri Line Operator to support our production operations. In this full-time, on-site role, you will operate and monitor agricultural production line equipment, load and package products, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. You'll keep work areas clean, follow procedures, and work closely with a supportive, team-oriented crew.

This is a hands-on opportunity to grow with a stable, values-driven company serving agricultural and rural customers across the region.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor agri production line equipment safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and package agricultural products according to standards
• Inspect products for quality and report issues or equipment concerns
• Follow all safety, cleanliness, and housekeeping procedures
• Complete basic equipment checks and assist with minor adjustments
• Accurately label, stack, and move materials or finished goods
• Maintain production logs or counts as directed by supervisor
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals
• Support inventory counts and material staging as needed
• Provide friendly, respectful communication with coworkers and leaders
