Shift Options: Weekend Shift: 5:00 AM-5:00 PM Friday-Sunday | 2nd Shift: 3:15 PM-1:15 AM Monday-Thursday
We're looking for an
Machine Operator with hands-on Hydromat experience to join our Machine Shop. This role is focused on operating Hydromat rotary transfer machines, monitoring production, making routine adjustments, checking part quality, and identifying machining or tooling issues.
If you have experience running Hydromat equipment, understand precision machining, and take pride in producing consistent, high-quality parts, we'd love to meet you.

We're looking for a dependable machine operator who can bring hands-on Hydromat experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Required Qualifications- Previous hands-on experience operating Hydromat rotary transfer machines
- Experience operating machining or CNC production equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to monitor machine operation and make routine adjustments to maintain production and part quality
- Ability to read basic blueprints, work instructions, and part specifications
- Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Ability to perform in-process inspections and recognize out-of-spec parts
- Ability to identify and communicate tooling, machining, or quality issues
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while following established safety, quality, and production standards
- Experience making Hydromat tooling or station adjustments during production
- Experience troubleshooting common Hydromat production or quality issues
- Experience with high-volume precision machining
- Experience with additional CNC equipment such as Haas, Ganesh, Index, Okuma, or Citizen
- Experience in a manufacturing environment with strong safety and quality standards
- Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to support team production goals
