Assembly Worker – Full-Time Manufacturing Jobs (Temp-to-Hire)

Penmac Staffing is hiring Assembly Workers for full-time, temp-to-hire opportunities in the Versailles area. • Pay: $16.64 per hour, paid weekly
• Full-time with overtime available
• Shifts available:
  • Day
    
    Shift: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
    FOR TRAINING
  • Evening Shift: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
  • Overnight Shift: 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis
• Able to stand and walk for 8 to 12 hour shifts
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math, reading, computer, and measurement skills
• Willingness to submit to a drug screen and criminal background check

• Operate manufacturing and assembly equipment in a team environment
• Inspect and handle metal components and raw materials
• Assist in the production of rubber hoses and hydraulic couplings
• Maintain quality standards and follow all safety procedures
• Prepare finished products for packaging and shipment
