We are hiring a Production Supervisor for a temporary opportunity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This leadership role is ideal for candidates with experience in production supervision, manufacturing operations, team leadership, workforce management, and continuous improvement.

• Lead and support hourly production employees to achieve daily safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Organize workflows, monitor production schedules, and ensure efficient manufacturing operations.
• Coach employees on standardized work practices, safety procedures, and quality expectations.
• Identify and resolve production issues while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build strong working relationships with employees, leadership, and union representatives.
• Maintain compliance with workplace policies, procedures, and collective bargaining agreements.
• Track performance metrics and drive team accountability to meet operational objectives.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience and/or manufacturing experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work rotating schedules, including afternoons, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Experience in manufacturing operations, production processes, lean principles, or continuous improvement is preferred.
• Ability to remain professional and effective in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
