Day Shift Only | 4½-Day Work Week | Early Finish Every Friday

Small Parts. Steady Hands. Real Skill.

Our Electronics team builds the control components that tell our products what to do. It's close, careful, hands-on work - the kind where doing it right the first time actually matters, and where you can see what you accomplished at the end of the day.

No experience with electronics? That's fine. We train. What we can't train is care.

What You'll Earn
  • $17.10 per hour starting base pay
  • Additional $1.00 per hour Perfect Attendance Incentive for eligible employees - up to $18.10/hour*
  • Performance incentives with opportunities to earn more
  • Day shift only - your evenings are yours
  • 4½-day work week with an early finish every Friday
  • Minimal mandatory overtime; optional overtime available
  • Steady, year-round work with a growing manufacturer

* The $1.00/hour Perfect Attendance Incentive is available to eligible employees who meet the requirements of the incentive program and is applied to every hour worked during the applicable pay period.

What You'll Do

Every day is a little different, but your responsibilities will include:

  • Assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies according to work instructions, specifications, and quality requirements
  • Match, fit, and secure small parts using hand tools, air tools, and power tools
  • Perform functional and electrical tests using specialized testing equipment to verify assemblies meet standards
  • Read and interpret work instructions, diagrams, and assembly documentation for your area
  • Identify and report defects, assembly issues, or quality concerns to your supervisor
  • Complete production and quality records accurately
  • Cross-train in additional assembly areas as your skills develop
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all safety, quality, and PPE requirements
What We're Looking For

We hire people who show up, pay attention to detail, and take pride in work that's built right - because the products that leave our facility carry our name.

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, electronics, or production experience is helpful but not required - we'll train the right person
  • Comfort with detailed, repetitive work involving small components
  • Ability to read and follow written work instructions and diagrams
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new tools, processes, and test equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good communication and the ability to work well with your team
  • Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and commitment to workplace safety

If you've built models, worked on small engines, repaired electronics as a hobby, or held any job where precision mattered - tell us about it. That experience counts here.

The Work Environment

This is an active, hands-on role at a workstation, involving standing, walking, close visual work, and occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds. Our facility is clean and well organized; PPE is provided and required in designated areas. Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job.

Benefits
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Company-paid life insurance and disability coverage
  • Paid time off beginning at hire
  • Paid holidays
  • Perfect Attendance and performance incentives
