Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no additional job gaps in employment greater than 6 months in the past 36 months. If applicant has been laid off or providing child or elder care, the employment gap will be increased to 18 months. Previous work history will not apply to applicants who have been full time students consecutively for the last 36 months.
Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days. Rehire Rule of no more than 3 times worked at Cobb/Tyson Foods.

Schedule:
Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday from 5:00 pm to 5:00 am. Work schedule is subject to change based upon production needs.
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for hatchery security by performing all essential duties. Other duties may be assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring incubator's/Hatcher's and Egg rooms by hourly temperature/humidity checks, making sure incubator program starts when it is suppose too on Wednesday's and record readings and report any issues immediately.
- Performs the following duties related to hatch preparation: dispenses formaldehyde per schedule, fumigates specified areas of facility as required, clean, setup, and operate tray washer, operate high pressure washer to clean hatcher's and hatcher room's and disinfect.
- Taking pedigree egg inventory on Saturday nights.
- Push egg racks to egg driver on Wednesday evening.
- Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. Such as:
Operate a high pressure and regular water hose, dispose of hatchery waste, clean incinerator, monitor operation of generator during power failure, maintains foot pans and hand sanitizer, Cleaning breakroom and bathrooms, stock all egg rooms with paper towels and latex gloves, making egg boxes for egg shipments and fumigate.
Biosecurity/Animal Welfare Requirements:
The jobsite is a biosecure environment which requires showering, changing clothing and footwear before entering the facility. Appropriate clothing and footwear are provided by the Company. No jewelry may be worn on the jobsite except for medical and body piercings covered by appropriate clothing. Must be willing to sign an agreement to avoid any avian species (chickens, ducks, birds, etc.).
Must be willing to sign and abide by the Company Biosecurity and Company Animal Welfare Guidelines.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. Physical:
Must use safe lifting techniques.
When needed be able to lift and stack hatcher trays weighing up to 15 pounds and incubator trays weighing up to 16 pounds. Will occasionally be required to pull/push 500 to 1000 pounds (wheeled carts). While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand majority of shift (concrete floor); walk; sit; use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls;
reach with hands and arms; balance; bend/stoop; talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision; distance vision; color vision; peripheral vision; depth perception; and the ability to adjust focus. Tools and equipment:
Require use of hand tools such as broom, mop and squeegee. Safely operate vehicle to and from work area. Environment:
